Exchange
It is possible to exchange a piece of jewelry if the size does not fit. The customer must notify us within 14 days of receiving the order by emailing info@mariammousavi.com, stating the reason for the exchange.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the item back to our studio.

New Shipment: The second shipment will also be charged to the customer, as indicated on the Payments and Shipping page.

Once the exchange is ready, we will send you a payment link for the shipping cost. After receiving the payment, your exchanged item will be shipped promptly.
Return
You may return a purchased piece of jewelry by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the order via email at info@mariammousavi.com, indicating the reason for the return. The items must be returned in perfect condition, as received, unused, and in original packaging, including all materials such as boxes and pouches.

Return Shipping: The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, and the return must be completed within 30 days of receiving the item.

Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected by our studio if it complies with the conditions above, the full cost of the jewelry (excluding the original shipping cost) will be refunded within 7 working days.
